This website is published by The Rimer Institution (“the Institution,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions describe the basis on which we make our public research, publications, and explanatory materials available. Our Terms of Use address how you may use those materials. Research and educational purpose

The website provides information about governance and decision-making authority. Its content is for research and general educational purposes.
